How to register on ServiceLink
Registering for ServiceLink takes a few minutes and gives you one secure place to deal with the Lae City Authority.
Before you start
You will need:
- A working email address you can access
- A mobile phone number on Digicel, Vodafone, or Telikom PNG (for verification)
- A National Identity Document (NID) or Birth Certificate (for the Identity Verification step)
Steps
- Visit the registration page — go to Register for LCA Online.
- Fill in your details — full name, email, mobile number, and a password you'll remember.
- Verify your email — open the link we send to your inbox.
- Complete your profile — once signed in, add your address and contact details so officers can reach you.
- Submit Identity Verification (optional but recommended) — uploading your NID lets us serve you faster on every future request. See What is Identity Verification.
What you can do once registered
- Pay rates, fees, and fines online via Kina Bank
- Apply for and renew Trading Licences
- Lodge complaints, enquiries, and feedback through the Support Hub
- Track all your interactions with the Authority in one dashboard
