How to register on ServiceLink

Registering for ServiceLink takes a few minutes and gives you one secure place to deal with the Lae City Authority.

Before you start

You will need:

A working email address you can access
A mobile phone number on Digicel, Vodafone, or Telikom PNG (for verification)
A National Identity Document (NID) or Birth Certificate (for the Identity Verification step)

Visit the registration page — go to Register for LCA Online.
Fill in your details — full name, email, mobile number, and a password you'll remember.
Verify your email — open the link we send to your inbox.
Complete your profile — once signed in, add your address and contact details so officers can reach you.
Submit Identity Verification (optional but recommended) — uploading your NID lets us serve you faster on every future request. See What is Identity Verification.
